1. What this service is

hardcoretrades.com (the "Service") is a trade-journal / market-commentary subscription. The Service describes the trades placed by an automated trading bot operated by Jeff Wilson ("we", "us"). Updates are published at regular intervals as the bot operates and on a scheduled weekly + monthly digest cadence.

2. NOT investment advice

Content delivered through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is impersonal — every subscriber receives the same content. It is NOT investment advice, NOT a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and NOT tailored to your personal financial situation. We are not a registered investment adviser. No fiduciary relationship is created by your subscription.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not predict future results. You assume full responsibility for any trades you place. We may hold positions in any of the tickers mentioned in our updates; the bot operator's positions may differ from those described in the journal at any time.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plan: $12.95 per month, billed in advance, auto-renewing.
• Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day pro-rata refund if you contact us within 7 days of the initial charge. After 7 days, all sales are final for that billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. SMS / messaging consent

If you opt in to SMS delivery you consent to receive automated text messages from us (up to 10 per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Cancellation removes you from SMS only; your subscription continues until cancelled separately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute Service content (alerts, journal updates, digests) to non-subscribers. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
